By using BgRemover ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before accessing or using our services.

1. Account Registration

To use BgRemover, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have guardian permission

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration

  • Keep your account credentials secure

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Service Description

BgRemover provides an online tool for removing backgrounds from images. This is a credit-based service:

  • Each image processed uses 1 credit

  • Credits are replenished based on the selected subscription plan (monthly or yearly)

  • Unused credits may expire unless specified otherwise

3. Subscription Plans & Payments

  • We offer multiple paid subscription plans billed via Stripe

  • Subscriptions can be monthly or annual (annual plans receive a 20% discount)

  • All charges are billed at the start of each billing cycle

  • Users can upgrade or downgrade their plan anytime by visiting the Account → Credits & Plan section or by contacting support

Plan features and pricing may change, but you will always be notified in advance of any such changes.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase.
Refund requests after the 7-day window will not be accepted.

5. Uploaded Image Handling

  • All uploaded images are processed securely in real time

  • Uploaded files are automatically deleted after your session ends

  • We do not store, share, or use your images for any purpose beyond processing

  • You retain full ownership of your images

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use BgRemover for:

  • Illegal or harmful purposes

  • Uploading content that is abusive, obscene, or violates intellectual property laws

  • Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

7. Availability

We strive to keep our service available and functioning at all times. However, occasional downtime may occur for maintenance or technical issues. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from such interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, tools, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of BgRemover. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violating these Terms

  • Abusive behavior toward our platform or support staff

No refunds will be provided for terminations due to policy violations.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of BgRemover constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
